         <p>Setting up your email for Mac Mail is a straightforward four-step process. The following will help guide you through the tasks involved in connecting with your email server if you host with Brick Studios. All usernames and passwords are case sensitive.</p>
<h2><strong>ADD ACCOUNT</strong></h2>
<p><span style="font-weight: normal; font-size: 10px;"><img height="234" src="/scripts/tinymce/plugins/imagemanager/files/Support/macmail_01.jpg" width="254" /></span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: normal; font-size: 10px;"><img height="568" src="/scripts/tinymce/plugins/imagemanager/files/Support/add_account.jpg" width="552" /></span></p>
<div><img height="430" src="/scripts/tinymce/plugins/imagemanager/files/Support/1.png" width="592" /></div>
<div><ol>
<li>In order to add an email account in Mac Mail you'll need to go to Mail &gt; Preferences &gt; Accounts &gt; + (lower right).</li>
<li>Now add the Full Name for the email account you're creating. (ie: John Smith - ABC Widget Corp)</li>
<li>Add your email address.</li>
<li>Input the password given to you by your system administrator or Brick Studios.</li>
<li>Click "Continue."</li>
</ol></div>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<h2><strong><strong>Incoming Mail Server</strong></strong></h2>
<p><img height="430" src="/scripts/tinymce/plugins/imagemanager/files/Support/2.png" width="592" /></p>
<ol>
<li>Next, you will select your account type. There are two options POP and IMAP. We suggest IMAP. This will allow you to centralize and store all of your email on the server as opposed locally on one device or machine.</li>
<li>Add an optional description.</li>
<li>Input your Incoming Mail Server. For Brick Studios customers this will be 64.13.254.53.</li>
<li>Input your User Name which is your full email address (ie: name@domainname.com).</li>
<li>Input your Password.</li>
<li>Click "Continue."</li>
</ol>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<h2></h2>
<h2>Incoming Mail Server (OPTIONAL)</h2>
<p>Once you click&nbsp;<span class="screenshot_callout">continue</span>&nbsp;you may be prompted with a connection error. Please continue to your Incoming Mail Security Settings:&nbsp;</p>
<p><img height="418" src="/scripts/tinymce/plugins/imagemanager/files/Support/settings_03.jpg" width="581" /></p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<h2>Outgoing Mail Server</h2>
<p>Once you click&nbsp;<span class="screenshot_callout">continue</span>&nbsp;you may be prompted with a connection error. Please continue to your Outgoing Mail Security Settings:&nbsp;</p>

<li>Click "Continue."</li>
</ol>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<h2></h2>
<h2>Outgoing Mail Server (OPTIONAL)</h2>
<p><img height="417" src="/scripts/tinymce/plugins/imagemanager/files/Support/settings_05.jpg" width="581" /></p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong> </strong></p>
<p><strong> </strong></p>
<p><strong></strong></p>
<h2>Account Summary</h2>
<p><img height="430" src="/scripts/tinymce/plugins/imagemanager/files/Support/4.jpg" width="592" /></p>
<ol>
<li>Confirm all information is accurate and click "Create."</li>
<li>Now feel free to test your settings by attempting to send and receive a email.&nbsp;</li>
</ol>
<h2>Troubleshooting</h2>
<ul>
<li>If you can't send or receive, try from the webmail. If the webmail has no issues you may need to check your settings again.</li>
