The Personal Wellness Record was a proof-of-concept we designed with Closerlook for their healthcare client, HCSC. With this online application, users would keep track of all of their medical records, including medications, doctor visits, cholesterol levels, etc. Since the audience was projected to be older, in their 50's and 60's, we designed the site in a very simple and easy-to-use way, which we achieved by using friendly icons alongside headlines and callouts, large buttons, and containers.
